"Ann did a fabulous job for us in our house hunt. She's an excellent communicator and worked hard for us. Ann is fun, flexible, honest and very responsive. We had a great experience working with her and highly recommend her to others. We found ourselves in the position of selling our house after just a few months. "Annie is truly phenomenal in every way. She has exceptional experience and has mastered all aspects of selling and buying houses. She made sure every aspect and detail of our process was handled properly, resolving all issues and expediting all aspects of the process. In fact, she often helped others involved in the process to do their job properly and make sure they did so in a timely manner. She was highly professional, worked extremely hard, and stayed on top of everything. She communicated with us throughout every step of the way, in a very honest, effective and timely manner. "Ann helped us sell our home in Rochester, NH. We had already relocated out of state, which can make the process of readying for sale, listing, and selling very difficult. This was not the case with Ann. She was always honest with us, provided us with excellent referrals to have the house readied for sale and remain that way during winter. Ann thoroughly communicated with us throughout the sale of the home from listing to showing to selecting the best offer out of multiple offers to working with the buyers while under contract to closing on the sale. The most important thing to us about Ann is that she listened to our hearts, and provided her expertise to make sure we stayed true to them. We've only sold one home, but to us, as a selling agent Ann McKillop is "the whole enchilada." Thank you, Annie! We will miss getting to work with you!"
